We now apply what we know of visual perception to storytelling, working mostly from McCloud’s readings. There are two sketch participation challenges to explore narrative transitions. The first is a two frame transition, the second is a “flip-o-rama” inspired by Dave Pilkey. You may find it helpful to get someone to film the second challenge.
For the homework, see slides 29, 32, and 40 in the above presentation for examples of how to display measurements (ingredient quantities, time, and temperature) for safety and recipe success.
