The week is set up to have a certain rhythm. Your week starts Thursday.
- On Thursday night you begin the readings for the following class.
- Most weeks, you will also test yourself on the readings by taking the quiz which opens on the Thursday you start the readings and closes the following Tuesday at 11:59 pm.
- You then have a week to do the blog assignment based on what we have been doing in class and on the theories and concepts you are learning in the readings. The assignment shows up IN THIS SITE first thing on Wednesday and it must be completed and posted by 11:59 pm on the Tuesday (for classes that meet twice a week) and Thursday (for classes that meet once a week) following our discussions.
The readings are generally chapters from one or two of the main texts (Ware, McCloud or Krum).
Remember, being able to contribute to the conversation and activities in class means coming prepared. The calendar below has both STARTS and DEADLINES. You’ll get the hang of it. If you find any missing, let me know. It’s easy to fix.
