If you received this post via email, you’re all set in terms of getting notified about what’s happening. There’s no need to login here with your username and password unless you want the emails going to a different place.
Read the site, especially the syllabus (and submenus) to understand the course structure. Block off time in your calendar according to the schedule (check the second page for suggested workflow and plan your time budget). Familiarize yourself with the Menu items at the top of the page and to the right. We only use Bridges for quizzes and grade updates. Please use only Chrome or Firefox for viewing course sites.
Please make sure you have acquired all required materials (purchased or rented through the links below or through the RWU Bookstore) prior to our first class on Feb. 1. The RWU Bookstore will match any online price you find — and you get immediate gratification!
You are required to get one large wirebound sketchbook (14″ x 17″ or larger, with more than 24 pages) for sketching and drawing. To complete the homework, you should also acquire a ruler, scissors, glue stick, colored pencils, and markers,. For in-class sketch participation assignment, use white copy paper or your sketchbook. To document your work, you will need a digital camera, such as the one on your phone.
